QC Engineer

  • Min 4-6 years with B.E. / B.Tech mechanical engineering. Valve manufacturing, pump manufacturing, maintenance, repair and refurbishment workshop experience. Power, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical. API/ASME standards applicable to pumps valves, repair and refurbishment procedures to make the method statements & JHA, measuring and monitoring, ISO standards and work as internal auditor, able to make any ITP document for rotating and static, preparing the QC report, work completion report and other audit, traceable documents

Business Head

  • Min 10 years experience with B.E. / B.Tech mechanical engineering with MBA or any management degree certified. Maintenance, repair, overhauling and testing workshop or plant maintenance services as operations head or department manager. Power, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical. Responsible for delivery and completion of jobs undertaken by sale department of the company. Experienced in managing the engineering operations of the company achieving financial and operational goals. Managing an entire department as leader meeting business objectives. Team building and training, eager to scale up the assigned business

Mechanical Tech

  • Min 5-10 years with ITI / diploma / engineering degree mechanical. Power. energy, oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical. All should be writing their inspection and work completion by themselves with the photos and graphs, dimensions etc. Pump technician knowing refurbishment and troubleshooting independently. Heat exchanger technician knowing retubing, coating, cleaning independently. Valve technicians - knowing repair, servicing and testing of valves as per the ASME / API standards. Having only this experience is preferred. Bolt torqueing technicians - having in depth knodlege, trained and certified with any ECITB. In-situ machining tech - knowing thorough knowledge about boring, flange facing. Control valve technician - having good experience on valve repairs, maintenance, calibration, installation and commissioning, checking and trouble shooting. Online safety valve testing technicians / engineers - having good knowledge about this trevi/ lega test using EPCO or Ventil machines. Gearbox / compressor technicians - able to take measurement, overhaul, suggest reengineering of parts, complete report making

Junior Technician

  • Min 2-4 years experience with diploma / engineering. Experience on mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, turbines, turbo generators, heavy equipment during the shutdown in any power, oil & gas, marine industries. People who wanted to be trained on rotating and static equipment, who is ready to work with the hands. This program gives them an opportunity to learn while they work. They will be given statutory training to work in power and energy segment. They will be given in house training
