- Graduate / diploma in automobile / mechanical engineering
- 12+ years from major construction companied executing EPC projects in infrastructure / oil & gas sector
- Minimum 3 years at middle managerial capacity experience preferably from reputed companies from middle east
Responsibilities :
- To oversee day to day / periodic and preventive maintenance of machinery including heavy capacity earth moving equipment's and vehicles etc.
- Preparations of plant estimate projection of revenue and cost analysis
- The plant department shall function as P & L center
- To meet projects requirement on time based on equipment rolling plan
- Optimization of external hiring by ensuring minimum cost and quantity
- Strong negotiation skills
- Adept in preparing technical commercial comparison
- Ensure all statutory and client HSE compliance for all plant machinery
